Voice + SMS

Caller ID matches your saved cell number — Casa knows it’s you. No PIN, no magic phrase. If a number isn’t recognized, she politely says so. The voice-auth model is “the caller ID is the gate.”

Email

Inbound mail is scoped to your org’s casa@ inbox. Writes require a YES-reply to confirm. Phase 3 wires this in for every destructive action.

In the app

Already logged in. Row-level security on every read + write — Casa can’t see another org’s data even if you ask her to.

Logged + auditable

Every Casa turn is captured to your org’s chat log. Super-admins can see the full conversation history if anyone asks “what did Casa do?”
