Properly built its product around photo-driven checklists — the cleaner sees a photo of how the room should look, takes a photo of how they left it, and the comparison drives the workflow. The cleaner is the primary user.
Best for: Operations where you have cleaners who use the app willingly and you want photo standardization across a dispersed team.
Where Casa Inspect fits
Casa Inspect assumes the cleaner won't necessarily use the app — the operator (or an inspector) walks the property after checkout. Role-routed SMS means cleaners get a text only when something needs their attention, not a workflow to maintain. And Casa, the AI assistant on phone, SMS, email, and in-app, isn't part of Properly's pitch at all.
